Our client, a leading social housing provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Tiler to carry out responsive maintenance and repairs across domestic properties in Stockport.

This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent local work within tenanted properties. The role involves a variety of small but essential repair jobs, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Multi-Skilled Tiler Role

Tiling and repairing bathrooms and kitchens in tenanted properties
Patch tiling, re-grouting and silicone work
Carrying out responsive and day-to-day maintenance repairs
Completing jobs in occupied homes with a professional approach
Using a tablet to manage SORs and update job progress
This is a varied position with a mix of tiling and general multi-trade repairs.

Multi-Skilled Tiler Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a tiler
Previous social housing maintenance experience
Multi-trade skills including tiling, plastering, basic joinery and plumbing
Confident using a tablet for SORs and job updates
Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 4 points)
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
