With a strong reputation for quality, compliance and innovation, they work on technically demanding projects across multiple sectors. As part of our continued growth and product development strategy, we are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to strengthen our product development function.

Ideal Candidate:

We are open to candidates from any engineered product development background. Experience within fenestration, façade systems, or the construction product sector would be highly advantageous but is not essential.

You will ideally have:

5+ years’ experience in a senior technical or R&D role
Proven experience delivering full product development lifecycles
Strong understanding of product testing and compliance environments
Advanced CAD capability (2D & 3D modelling)
Experience implementing structured processes within an engineering function
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to personally deliver technical workKey Responsibilities:

Deliver full product development cycles (concept ? prototype ? testing ? launch)
Oversee and actively participate in product testing (weather, thermal, security, acoustic, durability)
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and maintain certification records
Produce and review detailed technical drawings, specifications and documentation
Analyse test data and drive product improvements
Support Design, Production, Sales and Installation teams with technical expertise
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Manage supplier relationships and material development
