A growing specialist supplier to the construction and infrastructure sectors is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across the North of the UK.

This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to a commercially sharp sales professional who thrives on being on site, spotting opportunities, and turning them into long-term customer relationships.

The Role

* Grow hire and sales revenue across construction and infrastructure projects

* Develop both existing accounts and new business opportunities

* Engage site teams, project managers, buyers, and commercial decision-makers

* Promote specialist site accessories, communications, and innovative technology solutions

* Position the business as a preferred supplier on major projects

* Manage your own pipeline, CRM activity, and regional performance

What We’re Looking For

* Must have strong B2B sales experience within construction, equipment hire, or site services

* Confident working on live construction sites

* Commercial, proactive, and well-organised

* Able to work independently across a large geographic region

* Full UK driving licence
