Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE) + package

Role Overview

We are seeking a Section Engineer or Senior Engineer to support delivery on a large-scale infrastructure and road scheme in Suffolk. This role requires strong setting-out capability and hands-on heavy civils experience, supporting the project team in delivering technically complex works safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Setting out for highways, drainage, structures and earthworks.

Providing engineering control and technical support to site teams.

Reviewing drawings and resolving technical queries.

Ensuring works are delivered in line with quality and safety standards.

Supporting subcontractor coordination and site supervision.

Candidate Requirements

Proven site engineering experience on highways or large infrastructure schemes.

Strong setting-out experience using modern surveying equipment.

Civil Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).

CSCS card and UK driving licence required
