The Opportunity

In this role, you will take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, ensuring high-quality submissions are prepared and delivered to both existing and prospective clients. You will be accountable for submitting completed tenders on time and within agreed budgets, making certain that every requirement is addressed thoroughly and professionally to maximise our chances of success.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and overseeing all stages of the tender process.

Providing clear leadership and direction throughout each bid, inspiring collaboration and focus across contributors.

Developing effective win strategies and structured writing plans to produce compelling, high-quality submissions.

Working closely with the wider business to translate our operational strengths into meaningful customer benefits within proposals.

*

Shaping and presenting our commercial and programme approach as part of each tender strategy.

*

Supporting and guiding members of the bid team to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.

About You

You will be an experienced Bid Manager with a strong record of securing profitable projects, ideally bringing prior operational experience at Project Manager level or similar. Educated to degree level (or equivalent), you will have a comprehensive understanding of the tendering process and the ability to research clients and projects in detail.

You will be confident in identifying client priorities, articulating our unique strengths and tailoring submissions to reflect key drivers and expectations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, or a comparable design platform, is required to support the production of professional, high-quality documents.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
