I'm currently working with a well-established Tier 1 maintenance contractor who is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to be based out of their Shepshed office, covering projects across the East Midlands – typically along the M1 corridor from South Yorkshire down to Milton Keynes.

This role would suit either an experienced Contracts Manager or a strong Project Manager who's ready to take that next step up.

The business delivers refurbishment works within live, occupied environments, so we're particularly keen to speak with candidates who understand the complexities of working around residents, staff, and the public.

Ideal background:

Refurbishment experience (essential)

Proven track record delivering projects in occupied environments

Experience within one or more of the following sectors:

Social Housing

Care Homes

Local Authority

NHS

MOD

Education
