Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering / Utilities

Our client is a growing civil engineering specialist seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage project costs from estimate to final account

* Lead contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management

* Identify and manage commercial risk

* Support and mentor junior commercial staff

* Site visits every 2–3 weeks (travel & accommodation covered)

What You’ll Need

* Proven QS / commercial experience in civil engineering or utilities

* Experience in drainage, water, or infrastructure projects

* Strong contract and cost management skills

* Full UK driving licence
