Estimator – Building & Refurbishment Projects
Location: London / South East England | Hybrid Working Available
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, working on a range of public and private refurbishment projects, including social housing and planned maintenance. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids, managing cost take-offs, assessing risk, and ensuring all submissions meet compliance standards and company quality expectations.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the bid and management teams, presenting proposals for review, managing supply chain quotes, attending client and stakeholder meetings, and supporting post-tender queries. The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of building and health & safety legislation.

Proven estimating experience in social housing, planned maintenance, and refurbishment projects
