Key Responsibilities

* Producing accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, schedules and specifications
* Working closely with architects and wider project teams across all RIBA stages
* Coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations, planning requirements and environmental standards
* Supporting the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial and mixed use sectors

Skills and Experience

* Demonstrable experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with BIM experience advantageous
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and materials
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving abilities
