Project Manager Fire And Maintenance

Our client is an established specialist maintenance and compliance contractor delivering passive fire protection and multi-trade services across residential portfolios.

The Role

• Manage multi-trade maintenance and compliance projects
• Lead on passive fire protection works with strong technical understanding
• Ensure certification and compliance documentation is accurate and audit-ready
• Coordinate operatives and subcontractors across live sites
• Report directly to senior leadership within the maintenance division

This role requires someone who understands passive fire technically but is equally strong on organisation, compliance and audit preparedness.

Ideal Background

• Experience managing projects covering multiple trades
• Strong passive fire knowledge (essential)
• Experience working within audited environments
• Fire stopping or carpentry background desirable
• NVQ in Carpentry or Fire Stopping advantageous
• FDIS / FSIDip beneficial
• SMSTS preferred
