B&B Construction Recruitment is working with a leading main contractor to appoint an exceptional Senior Project Manager for a landmark £100m ultra high-end commercial office fit-out in Central London.

This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the capital’s most prestigious office schemes, delivering best-in-class finishes for a blue-chip client in a highly client-facing role.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this flagship project from pre-construction through to handover. You will be the primary point of contact for the client and lead a high-performing site and commercial team to ensure programme, quality and commercial targets are achieved.

This scheme involves complex coordination, premium finishes, and uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Full lifecycle project management of a £100m CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-out

Direct client liaison and stakeholder management

*

Leading internal teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, and commercial support

*

Programme management and risk mitigation

*

Budget control and reporting

*

Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring quality benchmarks are met

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all stages

The Ideal Candidate

*

Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial fit-out projects (£50m+)

*

Track record managing high-end / ultra high-spec office environments

*

Strong client-facing experience with blue-chip or corporate end users

*

Excellent leadership and team management skills

*

Commercially astute with strong reporting capability

*

Stable employment history with reputable main contractors
