About Us

We are a growing residential construction company delivering high-quality new-build homes across Yorkshire. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated House Build Site Manager to oversee residential developments from groundworks through to completion.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities for new-build housing projects

*

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

*

Monitor build progress against project schedules

*

Conduct quality control inspections at all build stages

*

Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics

*

Liaise with clients, inspectors, and senior management

*

Ensure timely completion and handover of plots

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes and NHBC standards

*

Valid SMSTS certificate

*

CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)

*

First Aid at Work qualification

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

*

Full UK driving licence
