Quantity Surveyor – The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take real commercial ownership.

You won’t be buried under layers of hierarchy. You’ll work closely with Directors and delivery teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account across commercial refurbishment and construction schemes.

You will have autonomy, responsibility and the chance to make a visible impact.

Quantity Surveyor – Responsibilities

* Full commercial management of multiple commercial projects

* Subcontract procurement and negotiation

* Cost reporting and margin protection

* Valuations, variations and final accounts

* Direct client interaction and commercial meetings

Quantity Surveyor – What They Want

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction or refurbishment

* Strong commercial instinct and negotiation ability

* Comfortable in a high-energy, ambitious environment
