Electrical Project Manager (with QS experience) — North London / Kent

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong quantity surveying (QS) background looking for your next challenge?

Avolon are partnered with a dynamic workplace transformation specialist delivering high-value commercial interior, refurbishment, relocation and electrical services across London, the South East and beyond.

They deliver full project lifecycles, including office relocations, fit-outs, refurbishment, electrical installations and testing, asset lifecycle services, and sustainable workplace solutions.

The Opportunity

As Electrical Project Manager (with QS experience) you will:

* Lead and manage a portfolio of commercial electrical and interior fit-out projects from inception to completion ensuring quality, safety, budget control and client satisfaction.

* Be responsible for commercial management duties including costing, estimating, tender analysis, budget tracking, change control and reporting.

* Work with design, engineering and delivery teams to coordinate electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

* Drive efficient project delivery by forecasting costs, risks and collaborating with subcontractors and supply chain partners.

* Build strong client relationships and represent the company as a trusted delivery partner on site and in the office.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

* Proven experience in electrical project management in commercial environments including office fit-out, refurbishment or related sectors.

* Quantity surveying or commercial management experience confident with cost planning, estimating and commercial reporting.

* Strong understanding of electrical installations, testing regimes and UK compliance standards.

* Excellent project planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.

* A proactive, commercial mindset, delivering projects on time and to budget.

* Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in electrical engineering, construction management, QS or related discipline (desirable, but not essential).
