The Client

My client is a leading Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment Contractor established for over 30 years with a turnover approaching £30m. They have built up a hard earned reputation for delivering the finest quality projects for clients across retail, leisure and the commercial sectors.

The Contracts Manager Role

They require a Contracts Manager to take control of the delivery of refurbishment and interior fit-out projects across the leisure interior fit-out sector; restaurants, bars and hotels, with project values from £50k to £3m.

* You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of project delivery

* Build good relations with the client and project team

* Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost and to the highest possible standards

* Be able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs

* Must be able to run at least two contracts at one time

* Liaison with construction teams and landlords and clients

* Design control and coordination, directly liaise with designers

* Management of Site Manager and site teams

* Manage all aspects of build process

* Visit sites at least one day a week

The Successful Contracts Manager

* This is unique opportunity within this company with fantastic potential and therefore they require a person of proven track record in the Construction Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment sector

* It is highly desirable you have experience specifically in Leisure & Hospitality related projects, such as bars, restaurants and front of house hotels.

* Exceptional client facing skills

* Management of subcontractors and a direct labour workforce

* Delivering quality finished end product to time and budget

* Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process

* Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures

* Excellent communication skills at all levels

* Relevant CSCS qualifications
