ABOUT THE ROLE
As a CCDO Site Supervisor/Manager at Colemans, you’ll play a vital role in the successful execution of demolition projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Your responsibilities will include:

To qualify, you should have:
- A valid CCDO Supervisor or Manager qualification
- Extensive experience in demolition, particularly steel and concrete structures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to safety and quality

PERSON REQUIREMENTS

- Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold strict adherence to Health and Safety legislation, Coleman & Company procedures, and RAMS task briefings.
- Provide support and guidance to your team and line manager.
- Attend site meetings and progress briefings.
- Conduct thorough site appraisals, complete safety checks, and submit timely requisition forms.
- Manage project schedules, monitor workloads, and report any changes to the project manager.
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, including safety, discipline, daily task planning, resource coordination (plant, transport), financial control, and client liaison.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a valid CCDO Supervisor (Gold) or Manager (Black) qualification with relevant NVQ industry assessments.
- Possess additional essential certifications: Asbestos Awareness, First Aid at Work, Temporary Works, SSSTS, PASMA, IPAF (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demolition, including steel and concrete structures.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safe work practices for teams.
- Flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
